I thought it would be a good idea to have a record of some of my guitars ‘just in case’. If ever some of these were lost or stolen I’d be heartbroken.
This one is my 2013 Gibson Firebird, model number DSF10EBCH2, and serial number 124130552. The instrument was manufactured in Nashville USA. The serial number is all but illegible being stamped into the back of the headstock but then the black finish having been applied over the top. You can also make out “MADE IN USA 13” and what appears to be the word “DUEL”, although that is very difficult to see.
This guitar belonged to good friend and former bandmate Karl Foster, founder of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal band Golgotha, who sadly passed away in late 2022. You can find out more about Golgotha on the official website.
